Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
"Create Your Own" items are NOT refundable.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via USPS. The STVM Spirit Store is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped, this includes lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
In Store Pick-Up
We are pleased to offer in store pick-up as an option for our local customers. We are open Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm. Hours are subject to change due to school breaks and national holidays. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.
